Your Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Supervise and support a cleaning crew of 5–10 team members during evening shifts.

⭐ Conduct on-site quality inspections to ensure high standards.

⭐ Help manage team scheduling and utilize scheduling software.

⭐ Step in and assist the team directly when necessary (covering absences, helping with tasks).

⭐ Drive productivity while maintaining team morale and motivation.

⭐ Ensure all jobs are completed to client satisfaction.

⭐ Oversee equipment maintenance and supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

⭐ A proven leader who guides, trains, and motivates through servant leadership.

⭐ At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, management, or leadership roles.

⭐ Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to flexible scheduling.

⭐ Must have a reliable vehicle, clean NYS driver’s license, and driving record.

⭐ Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting.

⭐ Able to lift 30 lbs and comfortable being physically active.

⭐ Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills.
