Evening Shift Part Time

Are you someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys leading a team? We’re looking for a dependable supervisor who can guide cleaning crews, complete quality inspections, and make sure every site meets our standards. This role includes evening work until 9:00pm and occasional hands-on support when teams need extra help.
What it takes to become a part of our Team:
You must be able to supervise 5-10 people. Ensure that all aspects of a job are completed before leaving the job. Of course, this position requires someone with cleaning experience and a knowledge of processes, procedures and a willingness to love for training.

1) You aren’t able to lift 30 lbs, bend, kneel and do physical type activities
2) You don’t have a valid NYS driver’s license, clean driving record or a reliable vehicle
3) You cannot be on time and are not reliable.
4) Are not able to be positive, kind and patient
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General Items
Ensure all employees maintain our quality of service, following safety and appearance guidelines
Act as a backup to staff absences when needed and perform all duties as required for the position
Assist with staff scheduling
Attend and participate in staff meetings, development and training courses
Problem Solving
Document and report any accidents/injuries or other incidents immediately to company owner
Ensure equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition
Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of our team members and customers
Meet or exceed productivity goals for all teams assigned to supervise
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
Professionally and legibly complete all sight paperwork for the company and customer
Uses effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to use good judgement in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities
Complete random office Inspections for Quality checking
Have computer knowledge and ability to use company systems and new systems that are integrated.
Repair and maintain commercial cleaning equipment
Customer Relations
Adapt to ever changing conditions (customer requirements, time schedules, weather, etc.) to see that assignments are completed to customer satisfaction and in the best interest of the company
Maintain positive contact with customers regarding all aspects of job and service
Follow up with customers to ensure job is completed above and beyond expectations
Ensure customer satisfaction through positive contact with the clients and team members which may entail rechecking completed jobs to be sure expectations are met.
Employee Relations
Motivate, coach, help train and supervise new and existing employees in all aspects of cleaning procedures and according to company policy
Ensure all employees are working in the most productive and cost effective manner
Demonstrate leadership and management skills when working with employees at job sites
Display attention to detail and methodical cleaning to ensure all aspects are completed
Be a strong leader and pay attention to different team members personalities to be better aware of best communication techniques for each individual
Requirements:
A self-starter with the ability to work extra hours as necessary and during peak periods
Strong work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality and customer service
Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Possess clean driving record, background check
Able to stand, reach, stoop, kneel and lift boxes of supplies
Strong communication skills to effectively work with all different employees and clients.
Computer skills required

Position Reports To: Operations
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour to start
Potential to make up to 27.00 per hour after training
Expected hours: 20-25 per week
Mon-Fri 4:30pm – 9:00pm
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: In person- multiple job sites
